Product Options Coatings – Atlas Chem Milling offers its exclusive 801-B Surface Treatment as standard on all its product lines. This coating provides protection against corrosion and at the same time improves die life by increasing abrasion resistance. In addition, the 801-B treatment acts as a release agent improving die cutting performance and reducing adhesive buildup on the cutting knives. The 801-B coating has excellent adhesion and will not crack, flake, blister, or peel. Posi-ject Fingers – keeps material from sticking to the die cavity and eliminates the need for ejection foam Micro-perfing – 12 tpi to 70 tpi (teeth per inch). Multi Level – multiple knife heights on the same die that allow for kiss-cutting and through-cutting in a single die. Muti-bevel – alternative knife profile offered for converting thicker materials subject to part dimensional changes during converting. |
